MIA is a self-service mobile application for TIA v6 and v7 clients. It supports Policy Issue, Quoting, FNOL or Simple claims management processes that are further enhanced with IoT features that come out of the box.
MIA forms part of the TIA ecosystem as it can re-use the existing product and claims setup to build the required workflows that are further enriched with features like push notifications, geolocation, controlled communication channels, etc.
